Instructions for poster presentation

【Poster presentation time】
Poster session 1 :17:00-19:00, Wednesday, January 25
⇒for odd numbered posters.
Poster session 2 :17:00-19:00, Thursday, January 26
⇒for even numbered posters.

【How to prepare your poster】
◆SIZE: A0 (W 841 mm x H 1189 mm) is recommended.
However, the size of the poster board is about W850mm x H1500mm. Additional height of your poster can be accepted.
Note, B0 (1030mm x 1456mm) is not good because too big.

◆LANGUAGE: English

◆Schedule
Exhibition time:2 pm., Tuesday, January 24 - 5 pm, Friday, January 27.
We would like to ask you to put your poster up during the exhibition time above (BiWO2011 time).
But this is not obligatory.
Please put up your poster as soon as you arrive to CBRC.

PC demonstration time: your session time (2 hours) indicated above.
Set up your PC at the start time of your session (17:00).
Power and LAN cable are provided.
Poster room is open during whole BiWO2011 time (except night time; the room is locked during 19:00 - 9:30).
You may be at your presentation place longer time than the session.
BiWO2011 secretariat does not provide antitheft equipment. You may leave your PC for all day long by your responsibility.

Poster award ceremony:4:30 pm, Friday, January 27.
Excellent posters will be received the poster award BiWO2011. The poster award is decided by the attendee’s ballot.

Open time for preparation:1:30 pm, Tuesday January 24.
※To CBRC people, please put up your poster by the end of Tuesday 27.

Closing time / poster removal deadline: 6 pm, Friday, January 27.
