REQUIREMENTS:

Download and install those programs after you install "fortesuite_hpccluster".
   Modeller (At the present Modeller 6v2, 7v7, 8v2) 
   Prosa2003
   Verify3D
   bget
   dssp
   environment
Download the files "ASTRAL SCOP Sequence resorces " in a directory ~/astral.
    (astral.berkeley.edu/. We used ver 1.61.)  

INASTALL:

1. download "forte-suite-src.tar.gz" and expand it at $HOME directory.
2. move to directory ~/tools.
3. execute >make
4. execute >make install
5.  move to the directory ~/forte-suite-mpi2
6. execute >make
7. execute >make install

RUN:

At the present it is required to name the target protein "TXXX" (X is a number 0-9; the program supports up to ten digits). 
Whe the target name is "T0400",
1. make a directory "T0400" (for example, ~/work/T0400)
2. move to the directory ~/work/T0400, and make a directory (for example, ~/work/T0400/f1).
3. place input alignment files, and a parameter files.
4. (if you run the program on MPI/SCore, execute scout command.)
5. execute
         >fortesuite_hpccluster.pl <parameter.txt
    "parameter.txt" is a parameter file.
6. When the job finishes, appears a message "

When a job was executed on a directory "~/work/T0400/f1", many files and directories are generated on the working directory.

"T0400_f1.res": list of all structure models sorted by CQS.

 The first column (ex. M074_4): a name of a model. (ex. The 4th model generated using an alignmnet file "f1_T0400_074.ali")
The second column (ex. d1iz5a1): a name of the template structure in the database "ASTRAL".
The third column (ex. d.131.1.2): SCOP domain info. of the template structure.
The 4th, 5th, and 6th columns (ex. 0.28    0.40    0.11): normalized 3D-Verify score, normalized Prosa2003 score, and CQS of a model.
The 7th column (ex. 68): a number of residues of a model.
