- I belong to Sequence Analysis Team under Dr. Paul Horton. I received my Ph.D. from Department of Computer Science of National University of Singapore with Dr. Sung Wing-Kin and Dr. Kanagasabai Rajaraman.
My main research interest is on next generation sequencing error correction modeling, transcriptomics, sequence alignment statistics, marginal distribution analysis of gene expression and regulatory genomics.
